May Inspiration Wrap up (What's been inspiring me this month?)
I LOVE staying inspired and learning. I’m constantly seeking out new topics…and this month I have been on a Mel Robbins KICK! I absolutely love her courses and podcast. I have included two of my favorite podcast episodes below!
Podcasts and videos are a breeze because they stay nicely stacked in the online realm. BOOKS however, books follow me all around my house in teetering stacks! (ha-ha) Here are just a few that have been inspirational to me this month!
I Found ‘Year of Yes’ to be funny and inspirational, especially as a woman working in the Entertainment Industry. I loved getting to peek inside her creative process and hearing all about how she faced her anxieties, built a strong friend group/Network and pushed through challenges surrounding her ability to be in the spotlight. It’s a fast, entertaining and enlightening read!
I’m still going through ‘Meditations’ daily and highly recommend buying a copy to keep next to your bed side. just reading a few pages a day is inspiring.
Now, this next one…I must confess it isn’t so much a “May” inspiration, as it is a “Life” inspiration…but The Artists’ way is AMAZING! And going through the 12 weeks and continuing to journal everyday has changed my life. And NO, that is not an overstatement. I promise.
